Final reply: Spoke to an eBay representative over the phone today, explained it all mentioned I attached photos to the case and everything. eBay sided with me and closed the case in my favor, the package gets returned to the bad address in a few days...

The reason there's a delay is to allow you to work it out with the seller, also keeps people from saying a package is late after an hour.
