Is there a simple way you can send invoices to customers? Example someone want 2 items shipping domestic or international. Why is there not send invoice in seller hub? Any help would be appreciated.

I have called several times to Ebay however getting Nowhere!I have a promotion 2 items free shipping However second item purchased does not show shipped at all.Now I will no longer be a top seller because of this.How can I solve this problem? Help
