This seller is using one of our images and not sure if this is allowed

I am a seller and the tracking is in transit since the 24th of October
and there has been no additional updates since Oct 30th. I have opened
cases with USPS and submitted a MRC (research team to escalate and see
what is going on), but my case keeps ...
There is a 2 min article for appealing a decision however there is no
email address or how to go about appealing the decision. Anyone know how
to do this?
