More Action ..Send to Online Auction -- error

When selling an item I want to sent to auction, so I click on -> more actions then select -> Send to Online AuctionIt shows error because of extra s in httpss:httpss://bulksell.ebay.comWhy?

I specified no international shipping, the buyer's home is China but the ship to addess is in the US

Is it legal and safe to ship to US location with signature, if Ebay person is from China? Thanks.
