A buyer is asking me to send the IMEI of an iphone he just won the bid
for. He has not paid for it yet. Is there a reason not to send the IMEI
after he pays?
I received a letter in mail from CBE group saying they are a debt
collection agency and I owe ebay $37. I called ebay and they have no
record of it- seems like fraud. Heads up!
I sold an item to a person who at the time was in PA- just a few weeks
ago. Now he says the item is defective and wants to return it but he
says he is now in Eurpoe. Ebay found for the buyer. Do I have to pay
international postage on the return?
