There was a retail delivery fee added to a sale I made. I've never seen
this before. It was collected by eBay, but I can't find an explanation
of what it is and why it was charged on this item.
I have been selling on here for a while now. Lots of changes have taken
place. Not sure if this was changed or if I’m just now in a position to
want to do it. Why can a seller not leave negative feedback for a buyer
that refuses to respond to message...

quite interesting, however it states .28 cents for Colorado. I initially
thought that maybe that was it, however ebay charged .29 cents for this
