eBay

There is no edit tab under Payment from buyers under site preference settings. How can I edit these items.

I always get this screen when I log in to Ebay as bellow image. But other are ok. What is the reason.

My ebay store categories not showing up on left hand side of in my store. What can I do for it? Thanks.

I send an item and buyer was unable to find it. He opened a returned case but then he find the item in the parcel and informed me. He dosen't close the case so my funds are pending. I remind him several times but he didn't do that. What can i do?

I tried to add a video to my listing but I was not allowed? But I noticed sellers have added youtube links. How to add this? Thanks.
