Correct Managed Payments and @kensgiftshop Novo's business checking
account is run through a bank "Middlesex Federal Savings, F.A., Member
FDIC." and their Physical debit cards issued by "Middlesex Federal
Savings" or "Patriot Bank, N.A., Member FDIC...
Returns are out of control - Yes, absoulty. I too used 10% restocking
fee to reduce retruns and overrode it 99% of the time. I only charged
the 10% restocking fee once in 8 years..... All of my issues are with
newbies, I had a similar return like you...
