I have been selling items more than 3 months and i meet all the
requirements but my funds are still pending for 21 days. For how long
this will be in place? Is there anything i can do to have my funds
immediately available?
All of our listing qualify for top rated plus discount however we have
been told by ebay that just because we are not US residents we cannot
get it. Even though we qualify for this we still cannot get it. It is
really unfair
