I have had top rated status for a long time. I have NEVER had a
complaint about my shipping time as my packages are mailed within 24
hours of payment receipt. Now they tell me that my status has been
revoked because of "late deliveries" which obvious...
I too got the message and spent half an hour on the phone with my bank
only to be told you might want to check with Ebay. All very well and
good but there is NO way to contact them! I am dependent on that money
and this is frustrating as H-E-DOUBLE H...
