The app will not allow for more than 14 days for returns. It even changes listings made from my PC from 30 day returns down to 14 day returns when I edit listings while using the app.

Is there any recourse to a positive rated feedback that has a negative and false message?

When is the 20% final fee discount for Top Rated Seller Plus listings applied? Have had qualified listings finish, but haven't seen the discount applied
