If go hastings has been going through bankruptcy since the 13th and is still selling on ebay.....will they have to honor their commitments or can they just write it off.

I do not understand the lazy and lethargic nature of sellers on ebay. They put forth mountains of stipulations like pay within one day, expect prompt payment, PayPal only.....then ship the slowest most least expensive they can!!!! Here's the gist.......
