Sellers account was hacked

purchased a item on ebay. buy it now. Paid for the item thru paypal. Now received a message from ebay saying that the sellers accout was comprised. Now want to know what I need to do to get my money back. Or receive my item I purchased.

Seller accepted a buy it now offer of $60 with free shipping

Seller accepted my offer of $60 with free shipping. But now insists I must pay $11 shipping and will not adjust the invoice to not show shipping so I can pay it.
