please someone at ebay please fix the coding that tries to automatically guess what category your selling item is in? it's always wrong and wastes time when I have to fix it. FIX IT FELIX!

price revision problems

any idea on why I can revise prices on some of my listings but not all? I want to drop prices to move the items. no open offers or transactions in place. I was going to provide screenshots but the attachment icon is gone.
