I used to be able to check mark ended listings and then relist them all at once. I could edit the price and such and then it would relist them all at once. Now when I try it said I am not eligible to do that. I always have been. is this an error or a...

Why hasn't there been any listing promos lately 

What is going on with ebays shipping. when I have gone to send invoices in the last 24 hours the shipping costs to the buyer wont transfer over and I have to manually put them in. Anyone else having this problem?
