I put an item on about 21houes ago and it's still not showing ,what going on .

A buyer made an offer which I then I sent an offered to him,he declined the offer then anou 25min later he bid the full amount and said he then was going to buy at the offer price.what do I do as I would pay ebay on the full amount.
