using PayPal rather than managed payments

I can't find where on the Sellers Hub to select PayPal rather than managed payments for my sales. I'm just starting up after a year off. Help!

Photo is not in the listing, but IS on the individual ad.

After I did my listing, 2 of my ads don't have the photo show up on the listing. Both pictures DO show up on the individual ads though. I've tried deleting the pictures and reloading them, but it doesn't help.
