Recently changed phones and no longer get cha-ching sound on Paypal 

I cannot find "cha ching" notification sound on my new Moto e5 phone. 

When you change the account (or business) name, does your feedback profile follow you? What happens to people watching your items under the old name?

I have been telling people to put our shop name in the search bar to see our items for sale. When I had a family member check this out, we found that the search did not find our shop unless we went to "advanced" .Why doesn't the normal "search" find ...
