I use my cell phone to ship & I cannot find the option for the at
shipping site scannable bar code until I've already purchased the
printable label. Where am I not looking?
I made an offer for an item & the seller accepted the price but doubled
the order. In essence, the price was manipulated to higher than what was
posted.
