A buyer bought two items. I offer shipping discounts for multiple items
but I asked her to wait for my invoice and she didn't. She over paid.
How do I refund that money to her? The transaction doesn't show up on
paYpal.
I'm trying to switch an item from a buy it now format to an auction
format. Do I have to completely start over in order tyo do so or is
there an easy way to switch over?When I click on format it doesn't give
me the option to change it.
