Don't you think the resolution center should be added to the menu? I use a cell phone (only ) and sometimes have a hard time finding it , getting it "to pull up" , if I have not had a issue in months.

Did not receive item because lied about when they said they were going to ship.or the person had to make arrangements with the other one to make the money move.Wished I was signed up for paid when received. Thought it might slow down some shipments.
