Colorado Sales Tax

I have two sales. One on 6/18/2024 that zip code 80247-1173 was charged 20% sales tax by eBay. Sale two on 7/5/2024 zip code 80919-3445 was charged 20% sales tax. Trying to contact eBay, but Help and Contact not helping. Has anyone else noticed this?

Repeat buyers

Is there a way a seller can check if a buyer has bought from them before? Some of my buyers seem familiar. Might be nice if eBay could point them out? Thank You!

Bulk Listings

If i have a bulk listing that has a quantity of 3. Is it considered 1 listing or 3? If i have a store with 250 listings with bulk listing of 3, is it still 250 or considered 750?
