I'll skip the rant,I'm sure everyone has come across this.Apparently
there is no real way to contact Ebay.I was approved for a refund of
$6.31 and the seller is only refunding $1.69. What are my options?

I bought a defective item that arrived last week.I wrote a review the
next day and after submitting it a message saying "Edits to your review
will be published soon." appeared. How long does it normally take to
show? Thanks
