ebay did not link me to to the respond page as they normal. I want to accept the offer but unable.

Is anyone out there having trouble with the ebay shipping link today? I have no trouble getting to the site or putting together a shipping label. I doesn't pass along any ebay shipping discount. At this point with the pricing given it would be cheape...
