NO and NO. Vehicles sales ON eBay are simply classified ads. eBay is not
involved in the sale whatsoever. Nor do they deliver cars. If you found
the car on craigslist or any other site, it is a SCAM!

wrong. The listing title and description both say you get 2 patches. The
seller revised the item description and added a sentence saying you only

SCAM! t his is not how vehicle sales on eBay work. There is no such
thing is the eBay buyer protection program. You are dealing with a
scammer. If the vehicle isn't listed on eBay, then eBay is not involved
whatsoever.
PayPal uses your eBay bucks as a funding source. You did make the full
payment through PayPal. Look at the transaction details, it shows your
eBay bucks were used to fund the payment.
