What good is Ebay Customer Service if you can never contact anybody!!! Global Shipping is awful.

I wanted to give feedback that I will never buy from sellers who offer Global Shipping (Windirect). In fact from now on before bidding I will check before bidding. It's inconvenient and a rip off for buyers!!
