Can I offer FREE shipping w/in North America (NA) AND then charge
shipping to anyone outside NA FROM the Global Shipping Program? If so,
how do I set that up in the Listing? I've never used the Global Shipping
Program.
How, if allowable, can I increase or remove the Buy It Now price on a
live auction with current bids? The listing still has 5 days as of
today, March 29.
I recall having an eBay account in the late ‘90’s through mid-2000’s.
Then signed up again in 2011. I believe both were registered under the
same email. Is it possible to find my old account and combine that
buyer/seller history?
So I realize the individual may be unable to respond, maybe out of
country or unable to get online, but is there a rule that requires a
seller to provide actual photos of the item they are selling rather than
stock photos from the actual clothing man...
