I'm having trouble making payments via my mobile app. Notification
indicates that unable to make mobile payment at this time. I log in to
ebay website and same notification appears. What to do??
Clicked on coupon during checkout but total didn't calculate the
discount in the payment. What can I do to remedy this mishap. Payment
was automatically sent.
