What the Heck!?I have several orders that have auto generated on my bulk
"Need to be Shipped" list several times each. I have shipped the same
items to the same buyers about 5 times each. I just picked up on this
and had to archive the orders in orde...
Any advice is appreciated.I strive for customer satisfaction. I ship
same day. I continue to stock new items. I have 100% positive feedback.
I promptly respond to messages I follow advice from ebay. I feel I do it
all right however, my sales continue...
Is there a way to reduce the late shipping report after being on
vacation? I did use the vacation settings and had contact with some of
my buyers while I was away. Still my performace level is dropping
because of the late shipping.
