I used to have a button under shipping labels that gave the option to pay after the funds have cleared. The funds are still on hold, Where did it go?

I just got through making a sale on EBay last week. The seller was quick to pay, which was nice. However, then th0e following problem happened. My listing said "buyer pays shipping". Somehow, I don't know, the shipping calculator rang it up as a litt...
