How do even start a claim? Why does ebay make it so hard to do. Tracking
shows item was delivered in the wrong state so its an easy claim for me

Why cant I find my balance for EBay Bucks? Also for some reason none of
the items show what I get from EBay Bucks.It still shows Im signed up
but I cant get any info on it.When I go to My Ebay it doesnt show my
balance for bucks.What happened?
Same problem here for about 2 weeks.I go to pay for item click pay with
paypal and it never lets me login.This only on pc but works fine on
phone.EBAY please fix this
