I sold an item that I listed as United States shipping only, but had a
buyer who wanted me to ship to the UK. How can I add the shipping cost
to his invoice so he can pay me?

Once I called Ebay though to talk about it a couple hours after the call
the case got closed automatically and took the refund without my input.
