Is eBay motors down? I have been trying to post a new sale item all
morning. I can develop the draft but when I try to list it, nothing
happens. Both the chat feature and the call-me feature are not working.
I don't use Ebay auctions a lot so I'm a little confused by an exchange
that just happened. I was the highest bidder on an item, but when the
auction ended, it said Sorry, you missed out. Is it because the reserve
was not met?
