I sold 3 working, used hard drives. The purchaser tested them and confirmed they worked but the buyer wanted to return them because he felt they would fail in the future despite passing smart tests and having a good, green status in Crystal Disc info...

So I had an item shipped. It was marked as delivered 2 weeks ago but I did not get it. eBay says basically I am sol because it says it was delivered. They will do nothing for me. What am I supposed to do? Pretty sure I used my credit card. Go through...
