Revise Auction to Buy It Now with bidders already?

Is it possible to revise an Auction item to Buy It Now even after someone is the highest bidder? I've been contacted by a buyer who's willing to pay the amount I'm ultimately asking so I could end the auction sooner. Is this possible? Thanks
