I’ve ordered something and not received it shopping shows it did not come and eBay couldn’t help

I am 14 years on eBay never had an issue until now they are treating old buyers badly and can’t help when someone rips you off I asked them to help me with it they opened up a dispute without me asking so I closed it because guy has my merchandise it...

I used eBay for 13 years they treat us poorly now the only way to win is not use them anymore lots of other places to buy and cheaper to I think this is it for me the customer service is real bad now good luck to all
