Why do we still get reviewed on returns that are closed, for fit or buyer sent a request by mistake? Returns that Ebay said " you are not required to accept" I have 7! Never a Not as described, damage, ect. Legitime ones I have always accepted? This ...

HiWhy when I list some new items, clothing, I get a message from Ebay asking if I want background removed? I do, however not asked everytime? I use I Phone and I Pad for photos. Any help? Thanks Rose
