USPS Priority Flat-Rate Shipping

I have an auction where the shipping is using USPS Priority Flat-Rate envelope. I used measurements for this envelope taken from a cardboard 12.5x9.5, but would prefer to ship using the tyvek 11.625x15.125. Will this alter the cost for shipping?
