eBay

Not sure what happened..but I updated the app (seriously wish i didn't) and now i can't seem to sign onto the app at all..i tried to download apk files to revert back to an older version and it says "Too many requests" what do i do to sign on again.....

I purchased during the 3x Offer promotion but in my activity tab it does not show my recent purchase during the promotion..does ebay take awhile to update the bucks? I bought a video game console and believe i would earn 9$.
