Paid for item 2 days ago, asked seller for tracking and got no response

I purchased a item 2 days ago, asked seller for tracking info and she has yet to respond and I'm worried she is a fraud. My payment cleared so she got her money.

What is this and why am I stuck in it? I'm not new to eBay but they place a hold with PayPal on my money which is ridiculous!
