Using a drop down menu for sports cards from same set

I have many football cards from one set. Instead of listing each card individually, I'd like to use a drop down menu to give the buyer a choice of all the cards I have to offer. Can someone give me assistance/walk me thru how to use drop down menus?

Does Best offer go away when a big is placed on the item?

A bidder gave me an offer. I countered. In the meantime, another bidder placed a bid on the item. Does the BEST OFFER option go away? The original bidder is upset with me and tells me off in a message. Can others help me with this?
