When a buyer buyers for multiple items individually and you refund that
payment and send an invoice with combined shipping; do you get charged
for shipping fees for both payments? Or does ebay refund the first
shipping fees?
Hello: I just had a buyer paid, but has requested that I wait for 10
days to ship. He states that he is out of town for 10days. If I honor
his request, will it count against me since I did not ship in one
