I have been using Fedex Smartpost a few times and now I try and it has cost and $1.20 for other and then final price. Where did "other" come from?ThanksPaul

Seem to be being charged suddenly while relisting. Some do some don't.. Is there a way to have Ebay stop charging while I relist. Thanks
