I have already refunded a buyer and a return label was sent to buyer. Buyer not able to print label. Where do I go from here?

Trying to send a revised invoice to buyer indicating a lower price than indicated on the invoice. Entering the discount in the box indicated for + or - does not work. Is there any other way to keep from going to PayPal to issue a refund? Buyer is wai...
