eBay

I purchased a item, paid for it, it was placed on purchased items list, then next day it was back on unpaid item, so I paid again, 4 times and every time it was placed on unpaid by the next day...then ebay flags me for not paying for item...what else...

I purchased a new air conditoner for 45.00, but now the seller will not answer emails, has not accepted payment, so I canceled payment, am I being scammed?
