Ebay fees on shipping costs

If I end up paying more to ship an item than I charged, ie. charge $11, but it costs $13.50, is there some way to get a credit against the ebay fee on shipping costs? I shipped using ebay/paypal shipping, so ebay can confirm what I paid for postage.
