A buyer jumped in at the last min and out bid a buyer now they want to cancel the order do I have to

The other buyer was the only bidder until the last few seconds. That buyer contacted me upset and no the one that snipped the item and has paid wants to cancel the order. Do I have to cancel the order? They cost me the sale.
