Is there any way to turn off the "Important information regarding your Global Shipping Program transaction" emails I get whenever a GSP item has been shipped and delivered?

I have a buyer who returned 3 of 14 items to us. When I attmepted to refund the products, I get an error that they can't be refunded. When I check in PayPal it indicates that I cannot issue a partial refund, only a full refund which obviosuly I don't...
