How do I change it so eBay gets the seller fee at the point of sale vs. A monthly invoice?

Saved search not working. It shows new but when I click on the blue dot it pulls up all items in the search. This just started happening today. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the problem persists. Anyone else experience this?
