My Ebay Store is listed as a Mylaysian store with country code "my" in

How does a buyer load multiple purchases from the same seller, then
request that seller give discount on shipping before the items are
purchased. In other words, I do not want to consistently give refunds
for shipping via PayPal.

because I removed International shipping from my Ebay. Soooooooo,

Yea. I removed International shipping from my Ebay. Google search
produces same results but if I click on the google listed link to my
store it shows "All Sold Out". CRAZY STUFF.

for bloo-3141 pulls up my Ebay with the country code "my" Mylaysia.
